Mission
PEACOCK MISSION STATEMENT
The Mission of PAON (People in Action according to the Orientation of Normalism) made up of two elements of culture of which Normalism and Paonart and instituted to the glory of Haiti by the Poet FJ Frantz Boursiquot by being the Author is
- to lead the people in the paths which GOD, DECANORM, MORAL, and the Common Good mark for their Salvation and their Well-being,
- to exercise MERCY towards people with reduced mobility, the most deprived, etc. like the Good Samaritan (Luke 10:37),
- to work for the improvement of the faculties of the people that society demands for its proper functioning and its forward motion,
- to analyze and correct the action of the bourgeoisie, public authorities, political parties, the human rights commission, the international community,
- to examine the new Constitution as soon as it is proposed to ratify, correct or censor it,
- to protect the people from the bourgeois and predatory politicians,
- to protest against the iniquity of political push-up, prevarication, upside-down politics…,
- to demand that all candidates for the presidency, the senate and the deputation declare their full political program at least one year before the elections,
- to fight insecurity,
- to act for the advent of a better social order,
- to realize the flowering of peacock figurative works of art,
- to celebrate the Haitian creative genius of yesteryear and contemporary as phenomenal advances, to stimulate cultural development or the overcoming of cultural heritage,
- to erect the HAITIAN PAONTHÉON,
- to decorate our streets, our districts, our places, our amusement parks, our hospitals…,
- to make Adepts and Agents of National Pride…
